The Vidicode Call Recorder Apresa is a Turn-key, Scalable Call Recording solution ideal for SMB organizations. The Apresa can capture, store, retrieve and playback VoIP telephone communication. It delivers high quality recordings for a multitude of applications including verification, dispute resolution, quality monitoring and training. Apresa offers unlimited user access to all functionality of the system without the need and cost of additional licenses. User access and rights are based on detailed user profiles which in turn are part of a free configurable user level structure, usually reflecting the organizational structure.
The web based interface combined with standard media players for playback of recordings greatly reduce the time and effort of implementing the system. Scalable and Flexible
An Apresa system can grow from just a few up to 300 channels or more. The Apresa can be integrated in different VoIP telephone or communication environments. Vidicode is able to include any system specific protocol within a matter of days if necessary.
The Call Recorder Apresa can be accessed by anyone authorized from all over the world. This allows for normal user activity like search and playback but also remote monitoring services and backup services from one single client station.

Apresa is also available with RAID 5, using three or four 1TB disks (300.000 or 450.000 hours recording capacity). The Backup service provides the ability to backup data to various media types (NAS, DVD,RDX) as well as set retention periods on how long data is kept onsite and apply various time schedules. Apresa uses HTTPS protocol for secure data transport over the network and proprietary file format. In addition, Apresa offers standard selectable MD5 or SHA-1 fingerprinting, assuring audio file authentication. This combination secures the audio files against alteration, editing or unauthorised replay on external systems.
