The benefits of high quality recordings are obvious, as said before, but at least as important is the possibility to send the recordings to different people inside or outside your organisation. The Vidicode solution for Voice Recording has a number of different options for distribution of recordings:
Every means of distribution has it's pro's and con's. We try to make use of the pro's and avoid the con's. Vidicode's Voice recording solutions have an integrated web server, which allows the users of your network to browse to the recordings using their internet browser, and listen to the selected recording using the pc's media player. USB memory stick is a common and reliable tool for transporting data. Recordings are stored in the commonly used MP3 format and can be listened to instantly. A recording or whole archive of recordings, perhaps of different meetings about the same subject, could be burnt on to CD and given to the attending members, or sent by mail. These CD's could also be used to make a back up archive. |
